Whether it's in-person, online only or through blended learning, there are many different ways to take CPR classes. In-person classes are led by knowledgeable instructors who combine lecture with hands-on skills sessions. They're a good choice for those who learn best in traditional classroom settings. Blended learning CPR classes combine online learning with a classroom skills session. Blended learning is a convenient option for those who want to learn valuable, life-saving information on their own schedule—and from the comfort of their own home. However, any online courses without an in-person skills session do not qualify for workplace certification needs.
The length of a CPR class depends on the type of course you choose: online, in-person, or blended learning. In-person and both the online and in-person skills session that comprise blended learning can be completed in a few short hours. Online-only classes are self-paced, so you can complete the course all at once—or on your schedule. No matter which class you choose, you'll find an option designed for the way you live and learn.
