Guardian CPR Refund Policy

At Guardian CPR, we strive to provide high-quality CPR training and ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your course registration. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while accommodating these situations. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation and Refund Terms

1. Full Refund: If you cancel your course registration at least 30 days prior to the scheduled course date, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
2. 50% Refund: If you cancel your course registration between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled course date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
3. No Refund: If you cancel your course registration within 14 days of the scheduled course date, no refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@guardiancpr.org or (718)407-0701. Include your registration details and the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with supporting documentation for consideration.

Course Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, you may reschedule to a future course date without incurring additional fees, provided you notify us at least 14 days prior to the original course date. Rescheduling requests within 14 days of the course date will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
